Advance Seed, a South African based agricultural farming, processing and trading organisation, was established in 1948. This family owned business was subsequently acquired by Euro Africa Trading in 1994.

In 1996 Euro Africa (Pty) Ltd was incorporated in South Africa to facilitate all international trade for both Advance Seed, Euro Africa Trading and Zanzibar Investments Limited in the seed, grain and confectionery markets.

The group consisting of Advance Seed, Tshisiku Advanced Seed Company, Euro Africa (Pty) Ltd, Euro Africa Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd, Seed & Grain Productions (Pty) Ltd, Sun Seed Processors and Seed Specialists (Pty) Ltd, is involved in all branches of the Agricultural sector including Crop Production, Processing, Marketing and Export of speciality crops from the farmer to a customer base in over 50 countries around the world. The company complies with the governments policy on BEE.
